In the rare scenario you discover a defect in our Corporate Gift product, you may upload pictures of your Corporate Gift showing the defect you are claiming along with any additional information.
Swarovski will analyze your complaint and if the product is defective, Swarovski will decide upon an appropriate solution (repair or replacement of the defective item). Swarovski reserves the right to decide how to replace the defected goods. There is no guarantee that the defected product will be replaced with the same Corporate Gift item without defects.
No independent guarantee is provided in addition to that. The warranty period is two years from the time you have received the Swarovski Corporate Gift in all regions except Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, where the warranty period is only one year from the time you have received the Swarovski Corporate Gift. You may need to upload supporting documents (e.g. warranty card) to prove when you have received the Swarovski Corporate Gift in the fields on the page below.
